Main collection times for post are:

1200 and 1700 Monday to Friday
0930 Saturday and
1100 Sunday from the post box

Opening hours are:

0900-1300 and 1400-1730 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
0900-1300 Wednesday
0900-1230 Saturday

Alresford Shops

The Georgian market town of Alresford is 8 miles from Brown and Chilton Candover.

It has a comprehensive selection of shops including two butchers, various delicatessens and newsagents, a hardware store and a Coop and Tesco Metro. There is also a Post Office and a selection of banks. There are a number of clothes shops and galleries which allow you to shop for most of your requirements in a friendly market town atmosphere.

Market day is Thursday, with a selection of local stalls.
