Parish Council

Candovers Parish Council meets approximately eight times a year, usually at the Brown and Chilton Candover Village Hall at 7:30pm on a Tuesday.

The public are welcome to attend all meetings and are also invited to the Annual General Meeting, which is usually held in May.

Regular agenda items include planning applications and the finance statements.  However, the majority of the meeting is made up of topical items.

PC Andy Reid usually attends the meeting to ensure the Parish Council is fully briefed on any incidents in the villages.

The minutes of the meeting are agreed at the following meeting and signed by the Chairman as a true record of the meeting.  Following this process the minutes will be posted on the Parish Council website.

The Agenda for the next meeting is published at least 5 working days prior to the meeting and will be posted on the Parish Council website.  Notice of the upcoming meeting is also posted on the Parish Council notice board, situated by the road to the club in Brown Candover.
